Would you like to learn ballet?
There has always been dance. The natural instinct of moving to music can be seen in the youngest child and it never leaves you. Dancing is exhilarating, liberating and life-enhancing. It gives us an awareness of just how much our bodies can do.
Dance comes in many forms, but there has always been a magical quality to the art of ballet. Though famed for its grace, poise and elegance, it also teaches us flexibility, coordination and creativity and both inner and outer, physical strength.
With more than 11 years experience of both teaching and performing ballet, Natalya Pakshyna began dancing at the age of five. With her knowledge and understanding of the art, and basing classes on the traditional French ballet techniques, Natalya is now guiding dancers of all ages and grades through their steps.
Children’s ballet classes
What better foundation in your child’s life than to introduce them at a young age to the magic of dance? Learning the basics of coordination and the discipline of learning by doing, a young dancer gets a head start in life, carrying themselves with the pride and composure that comes from being in tune with your body.
Dance classes are also a great deal of fun. It’s impossible not to be swept away by the thrill of your first ballet slippers, the companionship of your classmates and the confidence you quickly gain from mastering even the most basic steps.
Adult’s ballet classes
Whether you were dancing before you could walk, or decided to learn later in life, ballet classes are for everyone. Keeping your body and mind agile and healthy, the steps may not feel quite as effortless but that makes them all the more rewarding. The mental and physical benefits from ballet are many; you will be toned and flexible, lighter and healthier, with an excellent posture that instantly makes you look and feel better.
